tarp also. The tires are in good condition, and no brand name can be seen.

in them and what is it used for? Why do you think that? **
** The long white tubes are made of plastic and contain feed. It could be hay, grain, or silage.
Since there is baled hay beside it, I think it is silage, as that is common on dairy farms.
