Editing Text
There are many things you can change within a
text box. Here is a list of the items to edit in this
text box.
• Decrease the font size of all text within this
text box.

If you want to see the sunshine,
you have to weather the storm.
Remove the section of the Smart Art labeled Access
using the text pane. Delete the wedge as well.

Design
• Change the slide dimension to widescreen.
• Change the theme to Facet with an Orange
Red Color Varient.

Transitions
• Set slides to advance after 15 seconds.
• Apply the coin transition sound with a 2
second duration.
Animation
• Apply duration of 1 second to the 2nd and 4th
and set the animation to split in and fade out
on all four hands.
Apply the Grow/Shrink animation to
start with previous and last 4 seconds.

View
• Show Gridlines.
• Change the show to show only Black and
White.
• In the Notes Page View, change the view
picture to 92%.
– Change back to Normal View afterwards.
• Using slide sorter view, move this slide to be
slide 22.
Finishing up
• In the review tab, check spelling.
• Next, disable the spell check and hide spelling
errors.
• Delete all comments.
• Add a comment on your awesome slide.

Page Setup
• Change the slide size to letter size (8.5 x 11).
• Change to the Civic Theme with Concourse
Color and Flow Font.

• Create a new custom slide named slide
comparison that has a table next to a chart.
• Encrypt with a password using your student
number.
• Auto Recovery
• Change the status of the document to
Complete.
Saving
• Configre the slide show to be browsed by an
kiosk.
• Prepare for delivery
• Complete a SAVE AS to save as a 97-2003
presentation (.ppt).
• Complete another SAVE AS to save as a
presetation show.

• If you are done, open a new PowerPoint and
create a Photo Album.
