


Definition of Line
Line: an element of art that is the path of a moving point through space
5 Types of Line
Horizontal lines: are parallel to the horizon (draw horizontal lines)
Vertical lines: go straight up and down (draw vertical lines)
Curved lines: change direction gradually (draw curved lines)
Diagonal lines: slant at an angle (draw diagonal lines)
Zigzag lines: are made of a combination of diagonal lines (draw zigzag lines)
