The Corporate Public Relations (PR) Associate role is responsible for corporate- and product-level PR content
and programs. The candidate must have experience planning and delivering integrated PR campaigns that
effectively speak to a range of audiences to build awareness and relationships with industry media, bloggers
and analysts. The candidate will be committed to bringing a culture of excellence, creativity and high-energy to
all PR efforts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist with the development of PR strategies and plans for corporate-wide campaigns and product
launches
Work cross functionally to assist with corporate and product messaging
Plan and execute media briefings, press conferences and press tours
Work closely with product marketing and marketing communications to identify press opportunities
Help manage speaker, awards, and editorial calendar opportunities
Coordinate PR programs and campaigns to drive awareness and build relationships
Work closely with corporate PR manager, business PR manager, VP of corporate communications
and PR agency to implement PR campaigns
Develop and edit press releases, positioning statements and media advisories
Develop byline articles, thought leadership pieces and presentations for senior executives
Prep executives for media and analyst interviews
Leverage social media strategies and tools to increase the scope and pickup of PR announcements
and activities
Anticipate and meet external communication needs of senior leadership team
Support industry events with relevant content and on-site PR support
Qualifications

Specific Knowledge/Skills:

Exceptional writing and speaking skills, working knowledge of AP Style
Experience using social media for PR
High-tech experience required, semiconductor experience a plus

Strong presentation and analytical skills
Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work under deadline pressure
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively across employee communications, marketing communications, analyst
relations, product marketing, investor relations and community relations
Experience with external executive-level communications
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling communications for trade, business and
consumer audiences
Ability to counsel and maintain credibility with senior executives
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Detail-oriented
Knowledgeable about PR measurement
Qualifications:
Experience/Education:
o 4-8 years experience including experience in one or more of these areas: public relations, strategic
communication, marketing communications, media relations and brand management. Ideally, candidate will
have at least two years working in the semiconductor or high tech industry.
o BS/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English or closely related field, or substantially comparable
professional experience required.
o Prior agency or journalistic experience a plus
o Client service mindset
o Ability to work well with third parties including suppliers, customers, partners, industry associations and media
