English Department Summer Reading 2012 All students are required to complete their English summer reading assignments. Books and study guides must be completed before the return to school (along with vocabulary words’ definitions – if assigned). Students should have a copy of the novel (electronic or printed text) with them upon return to school. You may access the study guides from the school website; click on the link marked “Summer Reading.” For incoming sophomores, juniors, and seniors, the English department requirement is separate from the school-wide summer reading program. That means that sophomores, juniors, and seniors will read at least two books this summer.
