 The college follows the curriculum specified by the
affiliating university i.e. M.J.P. Rohailkhand University,
Bareilly.
 For overall development of the student teacher there is
a provision of curricular as well as co-curricular
activities i.e. sports, cultural, work experience etc.
 To provide value based education the college arranges
morning assembly (house wise) celebrating national
festivals i.e. Independence day, Republic day etc.

 To monitor review and suggest the modifications in the existing




curriculum “ Curriculum Review and Reform Committee” was
established at the college level in November 2010. the committee
comprises of subject expert teacher in every subject i.e. Hindi, English,
Science, Social studies, Mathematics and foundation courses. The
committee after proper analysis of feedback from various stake holders
i.e. students , teachers etc . suggest some changes in existing
curriculum to University for effective training. The suggestion is as
follows:ICT should be included as compulsory subject in the curriculum.
There should be adequate provision of Inclusive Education in the
curriculum to make the student-teachers aware about the issued of
inclusive practices.
There should be more emphasis on developing more skills among the
student-teachers.
The course duration should be of two years rather than one year.

 All the admission in college is made through
centralized counseling conducted by M.J.P.R.
University , Bareilly.
 All the admission process is computerized & Online.
 All Admission is done on the merit of marks in
Qualifing examiniation.
 The student who have 50% marks in graduation or
post graduation are eligible to apply for admission in
B.Ed, course. In case of SC, ST, OBC students, the
eligibility condition is 45% marks in graduation or post
graduation.

 Every student teacher has to deliver at least one micro teaching
lesson with the help of OHP.

Teaching Practice
 We have tie up with 05 schools for teaching practice.
 Maximum 20 students are attached with each school.
 One teacher educator as a supervisor is sent with students
teachers in schools.
 We plan our practice teaching programme after discussion with
the Head & Staff of school.
 Every student teacher has to deliver minimum 20 lessons in each
teaching subject i.e. total 40 lessons. Out of these lessons at least
one lesson is delivered with the help of multi media projector.
 The duration of this programme is 40 days.
 Observation , suggestion etc. on the performance of the every
student teachers is made available by the supervisor teachers as
well as by the head & staff of the school in the formal manner.

 All teaching positions are filled.
 The selection of teaching staff is done through a duly
constituted selection committee. All staff is approved
by M.J.P. Rohailkhand University, Bareilly.
 The norms of the NCTE, U.P. State Government &
M.J.P. Rohailkhand University, Bareilly are followed
during selection of teaching regarding their
qualification.

Evaluation Process
 Continuous evaluation through formative & Summative
evaluation is followed.
 After each test answer sheet is shown to every student to
address grievances ,if any , regarding evaluation / result.
 The assessment and evaluation outcomes in unit tests and
internal assessment are communicated in personal and
then remedial sessions are organized to remove the
weaknesses and failures in concerned subjects. The
teaching methodology and other class room activities are
modified accordingly to cater the identified problems and
needs of student teachers.

The research facilities are strengthened by the
Academic and Administrative Body. The faculty
members are encouraged to participate in seminars,
conferences and to present papers on different issues
in teacher education . The college motivate its faculty
members for research work by providing Seed money ,

 Medical Facilities – To ensure the well being of the
staff members and student teachers, college campus
has provisions of first aid room which has all the basic
facilities for first aid. The services of consultant
doctors are always available in the hours of need. The

Every year institution organizes the talent search competition
just after the admission process completion. It has various
segments like - Dance, Poetry, speech, Singing, Painting,
Rangoli, Best out of waste, Mono acting and Mimicry. The
