EMPLOYMENT
March 2015 to Current, On-site Marketing Officer & Street Team Manager - Underbelly
 I successfully managed a team of 20 street team assistants and 3 supervisors at the Edinburgh
Fringe Festival. Key tasks were forming rotas, supervising staff, updating press releases,
managing print stock, responding to and boosting sales.
 Management of all print and signage on Underbelly’s two London festival sites. This involved
briefing the designs, writing copy for the print, liaising with print companies and organising
deliveries. In addition to this, I helped with the installation of the signage and print during the build
period of the festivals. Alongside this, I managed the London street team and the distribution of
flyers onsite.
October 2014 – February 2015, Graduate Intern - Charities Advisory Trust
 I managed the logistics of opening Card Aid shops around London as well as the Hampstead
Card Aid shop in the weeks leading up to Christmas. This involved stock fulfilment, publicity, cash
handling and customer service. I balanced this with working in the charity’s head office.
 Whilst in the head office I assisted with the charity’s Good Gifts and Knit for Peace campaigns;
responding to enquiries, taking and fulfilling orders, taking payments, updating customer
information and completing general admin duties.

 I contacted customers and built profitable relationships. This required me to engage customers in
conversation to gain valuable data and create sale opportunities.
June – Sept 2013, Summer Intern - CoppaFeel! (Breast Cancer Awareness Charity)
 I successfully ran fundraising and marketing campaigns at festivals around the UK, approaching
festival crowds to educate them on the signs and symptoms of breast cancer.
 I successfully managed a group of volunteers at 10 festivals around the UK.
 I developed good communication skills as I approached crowds and liaised both volunteers and
festival production teams.
 I efficiently multi-tasked and balanced duties of festival work alongside office and admin duties.
 I built profitable relationships with festival production teams and volunteers, whilst negotiating
onsite activities, electricity, security and event timings.
 I created and uploaded content to CoppaFeel!’s Twitter, Instagram and Flickr to help build
campaign awareness.

KEY SKILLS
MANAGEMENT AND ORGANISATION:
 Successfully managed and organised a team of 23 assistants at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
 Recruited and managed volunteers for CoppaFeel!’s summer campaign.
 I organised production of Barnardo’s Gifts in Will’s marketing campaign for use in shop
advertisements of the new Gifts in Will’s scheme.
 Whilst at Charities Advisory Trust I oversaw the fulfilment of all Good Gift’s orders during their

 I managed CoppaFeel!’s social media sites to boost awareness of their summer campaign.
Particularly successful use of Instagram and striking images of the campaign.

COMMUNICATIONS
 Extensive experience in face-to-face campaigning for CoppaFeel! at festivals around the UK and
their pop-up shop in Brick Lane.
 Telemarketing on behalf of Canon; wide format printing marketing team.
 Liaised with volunteers and festival organisers to ensure the smooth running of the CoppaFeel!
campaign.
 Promoted shows at the Udderbelly and Wonderground festival on London Southbank through
hand to hand marketing.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
 Proficient in Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
 Confident use of both Windows and Apple Macs.
PERSONAL INTERESTS
Main interests are music, films and art. Others areas of interest are travel and running. I recently
travelled South America, June – September 2014.
