NOMINATION FORM 2015/2016 SEASON
If you have more than one team in any one of the individual leagues, you must provide your
players names on the form overleaf for each of those teams, except the one playing in the
lowest division.
These named players become your “nominated” players and must play in two of the first three
matches of the team for which they are nominated. Having been nominated for that particular
team, that player cannot play down in a lower team at any time during the season. However,
he/she may play up for a higher team on three occasions in the mixed league or twice in the
ladies or mens. On the fourth occurrence of playing up in the mixed, or the third occurrence in
the mens/ladies, they are no longer eligible to play for the team for which they were first
nominated.

W
ith 450 matches in various leagues this season, it means 4,320 names on score cards for
me to manage. Clearly, there are instances where the person filling out the score card
doesn’t even know their own players names, never mind the oppositions, and it becomes a
somewhat hit and miss affair whether I can match a players name with what I already have on
the database.
Please make by job as easy as possible and discover the proper spelling of players names
and record them accurately on the score card, in BLOCK CAPITALS please.

Please write the names of your nominated players IN CAPITAL LETTERS in the spaces
below for all of your teams except the lowest one of each league. For example, your
lowest team is your 3rd team if you have three teams or your 4th team if you have four
teams.

club’s first fixture or by my birthday, Wednesday 30 September 2015, whichever is
sooner.
