On this page you account for abnormal job site conditions.
This estimate shows a 10% add to raw labor hours based on abnormally high ceilings and a locked 10 extra hours due to
interruptions. The hours associated with the 10% will adjust as more labor is added to the estimate. The locked 10 hours will
not. The values are spread on all active worksheets in proportion to the labor on that sheet.
