System Requirements
The Sabre® Red™ Workspace is a managed client application that is downloaded and installed in a variety of

configurations. The Sabre technical development and quality assurance teams have tested various scenarios to
determine minimum hardware specifications for the end user’s workstation.
An installation of the Red Workspace on a workstation that does not meet these specifications may not function
properly, and cannot be supported by Sabre.
Operating System Software
 Microsoft Windows Vista, Service Pack 2 installed.

Basic support for Terminal Services environment (limited to 100 concurrent Sabre Red Workspace

o Sabre Red Workspace is limited to basic emulator functions including Scribe and PF and Quick
Keys but does not provide support for advanced features including Graphical Seat Maps and

o If agent will be using Sabre Red Workspace on both Windows and MAC, then it is suggested that
the agent have a unique EPR for each Operating System.
Note: Windows XP is no longer supported since Microsoft dropped support April 30, 2014.
Hardware Specifications




Processor (CPU) meeting the minimum requirement for the version of Microsoft Windows or MAC OS
1 GB RAM for 32 bit OS or 2 GB RAM for 64 bit OS. Recommend 4 GB RAM for all supported Windows
operating systems along with additional applications the Agency may be running.
1024 x 768 16-bit (High Color) video resolution
500 MB of free disk space for the first user on a standard desktop installation, and 40 MB for each
additional user.
Permissions and Rights

Sabre Red Workspace requires “Full” rights or permissions to the installation and user directories that it
will be installed too. Additional information on permissions, directory options, and locations can be found
on the Advanced Installation User guide.


Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.X, 8.X, 9.X, 10.X or 11.X. Sabre Red Workspace requires 128-bit
encryption.
Sun Microsystems Java Runtime Environment

Sabre Red Workspace uses Java 1.6, which is included with the installation software and used exclusively
by Sabre Red Workspace

Sabre Red Workspace for Associates – License Agreement
This Sabre Red Workspace for Associates Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between Sabre Inc. ("Sabre") and the Customer whose signature appears on
the front of the Order Form ("Customer").
WHEREAS, Sabre provides computerized travel and related reservation services through its Sabre® global distribution system (“System”); and
WHEREAS, Sabre has developed a browser based application (Sabre® “Sabre Red Workspace SM”) by which Sabre can provide Internet access to the System via
an Internet Service Provider (ISP); and
WHEREAS, Customer desires access to the System utilizing the Sabre Red Workspace
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the mutual covenants set forth herein and other good and valuable consideration, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1.
LICENSE. During the Term and provided that Customer is and remains in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Customer is hereby granted a nonexclusive, non-transferable limited license to use Sabre Red for the sole purposes of (i) accessing and viewing rate and availability information in the
System, (ii) making test bookings for Customer’s products only through the System, and (iii) making travel service reservations for itself and its employees
through the System. Sabre retains the exclusive ownership of all worldwide intellectual property rights and all other industrial rights in Sabre Red
Workspace, including any derivative work, modification, revised release or enhancement thereto. All rights in and to Sabre Red Workspace not expressly
granted to Customer in this Agreement are reserved by Sabre and its suppliers. Upon termination of this Agreement Customer agrees to de-install any
Sabre software and return all software media and documentation to Sabre or to destroy such media and documentation if so requested by Sabre.

Customer acknowledges that Sabre Red Workspace may be used only with the System and that Customer is responsible for maintaining the right to use
and access the System via a Subscriber Agreement with Sabre.
2.
ACCESS. Allequipment necessary to access Sabre Red Workspace ("the Equipment") will be provided by Customer. Although the Equipment must meet the
minimum requirements specified on the front of the Order Form, Sabre will have no obligation regarding the selection, acquisition, maintenance or use of
the Equipment.
3.
PAYMENT. (a) Customer will pay Sabre a non-refundable license fee for use of Sabre Red Workspace as described in the Order Form (section 1), for each
Customer location and will thereafter pay monthly access charges for each Customer ID (“ID”) assigned by Sabre, as described in the Order Form (section
1). Sabre will invoice Customer monthly and will send invoices to the billing address specified in the Order Form (section 1). Customer will pay all invoices
within ten (10) days of receipt of such invoice. Billing will commence upon Sabre’s providing access to Sabre Red Workspace for Customer. The Monthly
Access Fee for Sabre Red Workspace is subject to change by Sabre upon at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Customer. Customer will pay any
taxes, fees, licenses or assessments, imposed or levied by any federal, state. local or other governmental authority as a result of any use of Sabre Red
Workspace or the performance of this Agreement. (b) Customer may order with the initial sign-up or at any time following implementation of Sabre Red
Workspace, additional ID(s) via the Order Form, and will pay the then current license fee and the monthly access fee for each additional ID ordered. The
parties agree that any such order need not be signed unless requested by either party and that use of the additional ID(s) to access Sabre Red Workspace
will constitute Customer's acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement for such usage. All payments by Customer hereunder shall be paid to
Sabre without set-off or reduction for any amounts owed, or claims, from Sabre by Customer and Customer hereby waives and disclaims any right of offset
or set-off.
4.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. (a) Because Sabre Red Workspace involves the use of communication lines and Equipment not maintained or controlled by
Sabre, Sabre cannot provide any warranty with respect to Sabre Red Workspace reliability or performance. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT SABRE RED
WORKSPACEIS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. SABRE DISCLAIMS, AND CUSTOMER WAIVES, ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
NO REPRESENATION OR OTHER AFFIRMATION OF FACT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, STATEMENTS REGARDING CAPACITY, SUITABILITY FOR USE, OR
PERFORMANCE OF SABRE RED WORKSPACESHALL BE DEEMED A WARRANTY FOR ANY PURPOSE OR GIVE RISE TO ANY LIABILITY OF SABRE WHATSOEVER.
CUSTOMER WAIVES ALL LIAIBLITY OF SABRE FROM NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER CONTRIBUTORY, SOLE OR JOINT. SABRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER
FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR
SAVINGS, OR THE LOSS OF USE OF ANY DATA, EVEN IF SABRE HAD BEEN ADVISED OF, KNEW, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN, OF THE POSSIBLITY THEREOF.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SABRE’S AGGREGATE CUMULATIVE LIABILITY HEREUNDER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED
THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO SABRE BY CUSTOMER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE FEES PAID BY IT
REFLECT THE ALLOCATION OF RISK SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT SABRE WOULD NOT HAVE ENTERED INTO THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT
THESE LIMITATIONS ON ITS LIABILITY. (b) Because Sabre Red Workspace involves the use of a variety of vendors not owned, maintained or controlled by
Sabre, Customer acknowledges that Sabre does not warrant the accuracy, merchantability or the fitness for particular purpose of any data provided under
this Agreement. However, if any errors in data transmitted are due to circumstances solely under Sabre's control, Sabre will use commercially reasonable
efforts to correct such errors in a timely manner. In the event a passenger utilizes a confirmed ticket for air transportation booked by Customer by means
of Sabre Red Workspace and is refused carriage because of an oversale of seats or the lack of record of such reservation, Customer and Sabre agree that
the sole remedy of Customer will be as set forth in the tariff of the refusing carrier or applicable terms and conditions of the carrier's contract of carriage.
(c) Sabre Red Workspace is intended for a one-entry, one response format based on Customer's manual entry or request to the System data base and not
based on a pre-programmed series of requests that could overload the System. Therefore, Customer will be limited to two (2) upline transmissions
messages per second from each terminal accessing Sabre Red Workspace. Sabre will not be responsible for the limited line capacity of Customer's
Equipment should the System protocol allow for more lines per screen than that provided for in Customer's video terminal. Customer is solely responsible
for choosing an Internet service provider and Sabre makes no representation or warranty as to the suitability or compatibility of any such provider.
5.
INDEMNIFICATION. Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Sabre, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees
harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, claims, demands, suits, fines, and judgments, including but not limited to attorneys'
fees, experts' fees, expenses and costs incident thereto, arising out of or in connection Customer’s use of the Sabre Red Workspace.
6.
TERM OF AGREEMENT. The term of this Agreement will commence on the date Sabre accepts Customer’s order and will continue until terminated by
either party, with or without cause, upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the other party.
7.
EVENTS OF DEFAULT. Customer will be in default hereunder if (a) Customer misuses Sabre Red Workspace in any of the ways defined in paragraph seven
(7) below; or (b) Customer fails to make any payments when due under this Agreement; or (c) Customer breaches any terms of this Agreement or any
other agreement with Sabre or its affiliates. In the event of a Customer default, Sabre may, in additional to any other remedies available to it at law or in
equity, terminate Customer’s access to Sabre Red Workspace and/or terminate this Agreement immediately. Sabre is free to pursue any one or all of the
remedies available to it, and the fact that it may delay or forego certain remedies at any time will not constitute a waiver of such remedy or an election of
remedies.
8.
USE OF Sabre Red Workspace. (a) Customer will take all precautions necessary to prevent the unauthorized use of Sabre Red Workspace. Intentional
misuse of Sabre Red Workspace, including, but not limited to, speculative booking, reservation of space in anticipation of demand, not canceling test
bookings, or improper record or access, will be considered a material breach of this Agreement, and Sabre will have the right to cancel this Agreement
immediately without notice or liability to Customer. (b) Customer will not use any data transmitted under this Agreement to develop or publish any
reservation, ticketing, sales, cargo or tariff guide. (c) Customer will not publish, disclose or otherwise make available to any third party the compilations of
data in the System. (d) Customer agrees that it will remain responsible for the use and operation of the Equipment, and access to Sabre Red Workspace,
regardless of whether such Equipment, or access to Sabre Red Workspace is used by Customer or a third party which the Customer allows to use the
Equipment or to access Sabre Red Workspace. (e) Customer agrees not to (i) modify, adapt, alter, translate or create derivative works of any software
delivered hereunder by Sabre, (ii) merge such software with other software, (iii) sublicense, lease, rent or loan the software or Sabre Red Workspace to

any third party, (iv) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any Sabre software, (v) export or
reexport any Sabre software without all required United States and foreign government licenses, or (vi) otherwise use or copy any Sabre software except
as expressly allowed under this Agreement.
9.
FORCE MAJEURE. Either party shall be excused from performing hereunder (except for the payment of money) to the extent that it is prevented from
performing as a result of any act or event which occurs and is beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, or any action
of a governmental entity; provided that the party experiencing the force majeure provides the other with prompt written notice thereof and uses all
reasonable efforts to remove or avoid such causes.
10. ADDITIONAL AND REPLACEMENT FUNCTIONS AND SERVICES. Sabre retains the right to modify Sabre Red Workspace functionality at its discretion at any
time during the term of this Agreement. However, such modifications will not materially alter the services provided under this Agreement. (
11. ASSIGNMENT. Customer will not transfer or assign this Agreement, or any right or obligation under it, by operation of law or otherwise, without Sabre’s
prior written consent. Any such attempted assignment shall be void and of no effect.
12. APPLICABLE LAW. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America. Customer hereby submits and
consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America and the State of Texas in any dispute arising out of the Agreement and
agrees that service of process will be sufficient if made on the Secretary of State of the State of Texas with a copy sent registered mail to Customer at the
address set forth in the Order Form or such other address as Customer may later specify by written notice to Sabre.
13. NOTICES. Notices given or required under this Agreement will be deemed delivered if sent by mail, postage prepaid, to the addresses set forth for
Customer and Sabre in this Agreement.
14. WAIVER. A failure of Sabre to require strict performances to enforce a provision of this Agreement or a previous waiver or forbearance by Sabre will in no
way be construed as a waiver or continuing waiver of any provision of this Agreement.
