Navigate to Curriculum Management
1. Maintain Schedule of Classes: Where you would go to view specific class information
Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Maintain Schedule of Classes
2. Update Class Sections: At a glance you can review the coding and enrollment
Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Update Sections of a Class
3. Class Associations: Overview of class sections, specifically components and prerequisite
requirements
Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Adjust Class Associations
4. Class Search: View a schedule by term and department
Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Class Search
Navigate to Records and Enrollment to manage Permission Numbers

Records and Enrollment > Term Processing > Class Permissions > Class Permissions
Note: When generating permission numbers
1) Generate permissions for one section at a time (don’t select ‘view all’ button and try to
generate permissions)
2) Recommend not changing the ‘Default’ settings
PASS
Plan a Student Schedule “PASS”: This is where the students view the schedule of classes and build their schedules prior
to and during registration.
Things to remember:
1) PASS updates every 5 minutes for enrollment items only
2) Schedule changes, such as instructor name, room change, etc…Updates daily at 6am, 12pm, & 6pm

PolyData Dashboards (Data Warehouse information) – Schedule of Classes Dashboard and
Class Time Spread Dashboard
Information on the Dashboard is extracted from the data warehouse which will be previous day information.
