Sold tickets during routine office hours as well as large events by using the Ticketmaster
computer system; responsible for opening and closing the box office during some shifts
Performed administrative front desk assistant tasks including greeting guests, answering the
phone, accepting job applications, directing guests to meeting rooms, handling two phones at
once, organizing the front desk, taking messages
