Helpful Hints:
1. Before taking attendance, be sure to select the
correct class on the Teacher Assistant start
screen
2. If a student is late, check “L” for late in the A/L
column.
3. If a student is absent, check “A” for absent in
the A/L column.

4. Do NOT put a checkmark in the “A” or “L”
columns if student is on a Field Trip or an
Authorized School Activity.
5. If a student is marked absent in any class, the
name will be shown in purple italics for all other
classes.
6. Request for School Specific Attendance
Reasons can be submitted by your school’s
principal.
