BUDGET

Annually prepare departmental budgets and present the budget to City Council for approval.

Analyze current and historical financial data of yearly obligations, expenditures, agency and activity
funding needs, surpluses and shortages, and financial trends.

Analyze the impact of significant budgetary and accounting events on fund accounts.

Interpret local, state, and federal legislative impacts on current and future funding.

Enforce the Code of Conduct and consistently, timely, and equitable address and resolve violations in
order to sustain ethical behavior and safe guard assets.
