• Art History Club will have it's first meeting on
Tuesday, September 16, 2:45 p.m. in JG 01
Music. Please come and help us plan the
year!.
Soccer Results
• The soccer team played a tough Bethel Park
last night and lost 6-0 JV and 4-1 Varsity.
•
• The varsity game was a LOT closer than the
score indicates.
Golf Results
Upper State Clair defeated the OC Golf Team the
final score:
Oakland Catholic 204
USC 169
Congratulations to :
Sarah Mautino 44, Ireland Mauler 51 and
Katherine Smith 52 , they all had career bests
scores.
• Those seniors who are required to do the
interdisciplinary research paper must turn in
a topic form no later than Friday September
19th. First semester research groups and
mentors will be posted this week. If you have
questions, or you need help with a topic, see
Mr D in room 207.
• Interested in joining Forensics?
• Come to the opening meeting for the 2014-15
Forensics season after school this Friday,
September 19th.
• See Mr. MacDonald or Mrs. Rinkacs if you
have any questions.
• Come Support and Cheer on the OC Soccer
Team on Monday September 29 @ Highmark
Stadium as they take on Allderdice at 7:00pm.
It is Senior Night!! Tickets are available for
purchase in the Main Office they are $10.00 a
ticket. OC gets a portion of the ticket sales so
purchase your tickets at school. GO SENIORS
and GO EAGLES!!!!
• Students who are interested in the Italy, Sicily
and Greece trip and their parents are
welcome to attend the informational meeting
Tuesday September 16th at 6:30 pm in room
213.
• If you cannot attend the meeting, please see
Ms. Day.
• Junior and Senior Student Ambassadors, please
make note of the following change to your
meeting times for this week.
All Junior Student Ambassadors will now meet
this Tuesday morning, September 16th after
homeroom in the DiNardo Lecture Hall and, in
turn, Senior Student Ambassadors will meet on
Wednesday morning, September 17th, after
homeroom in the Lecture Hall. Any questions, see
Mrs. Fratto or Mrs. Marchiano.
• The cancer awareness club will be having it's
first meeting, this Thursday, September 18th,
right after school in Mrs. Rinkacs' room, J303.
Please plan on attending to discuss this year's
events. The meeting should last about a half
hour and there will be food."
