and its own in house underwriting, ABC employs only the most dedicated
professionals in the industry. The U.S. housing industry is starting to show more
signs of strength according to recent reports. There's a 6.1 month supply of
homes on the market at the current pace of sales. That's down from 6.4 months
in July and 8.2 months a year earlier.
ABC Co would like to capitalize on this momentum by increasing its business by
10-12% by end of year. If it can accomplish this, it will meet its management
board objectives and also put ABC Company in a position to fund a planned
expansion. If ABC Company doesn’t reach this goal, the planned expansion will
have to be delayed 12 month and ABC will miss it’s 3 year growth objectives.
ABC has confidence in it’s current marketing tactics of direct mail and
tradeshows to sustain current revenue but not to fuel the additional 10-12%
growth. ABC has considered an increase in social media and ppc alone, but
believe them to be insufficient to hit their objectives.
