• Noun: The tendency to lay down principles
as incontrovertibly true, without
consideration of evidence or the opinions
of others

Real Life Example
• Al Gore is a perfect
example of
dogmatism. He shows
a strong belief of
global warming with
little or faulty
evidence.

that object his own. He also claims that he
“invented the internet”, which has no proof
at all.
