This course intends to define the law and its sources, domain and
interpretation. The course also defines the commercial law and its
history, sources and application and emphasizes the legal rights and
duties of the individual and corporate business.
BUS 201 – Introduction to Business
Student completing this course successfully will be able to :

Outline the substantial range of legal topics within the business
environment.
Describe the different aspects of traditional and modern Laws.
Identify and analyze legal issues, arising from business practice using
sophisticated approaches
Facilitate business decision making in matters involving legal issues
that are customarily addressed without reference to legal counsel.
