Personal Strengths
In following work description you can see that I worked about five years in Oracle field in
Beshara Group Kuwait Company (Beshara Group is the company which develops systems for many
government projects in Kuwait including : Ministry of Health – Ministry of Communications – Civil
Service Commission – Central Tender Commission – Practical Education – Ministry of Defense –
Ministry of Financial)
In this company I’ve gathered a lot of experience in the software and business sectors. Also I’ve
learned a lot about Oracle Applications (AP, AR, CM, GL, Property Manager, EAM, PSB,
Purchasing and Oracle Inventory).
Good understanding of Oracle e-Business the life cycles like PTP , also I've got a certifications like
OCP developing , OCP Administration and Oracle Payables Essentials in business administration
and Diploma OF Specialty Finance Administration, which is given me to increase my ability in
Oracle field.
Objective
Looking for a position in a reputable and honorable company where my academic background,
experience and interpersonal skills, in order to improve my position and to learn important skills
required for developing the confidence needed to succeed in a competitive environment and given me

Responsibilities

Implementation and Support of Oracle Financials Modules (General Ledger, Payables,
Receivables, and Cash Management).
Implementation and Support of Oracle Property Manager and EAM.
Support and training for PSB.
Completing project deliverables using the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology –
(preparing project deliverables in both English and Arabic).
Assessing the customer's business requirements and mapping to Application
Conducting presentations and aids for clarifying and resolving any issues the customer might
have with regard to Application.
Conducting end user training sessions to system users.
Conduct requirements gathering workshops and prepare needed documentation.
Map a comprehensive and detailed solution in response to the client’s requirements, and
document the solution as per Oracle standard documentation methodology.
Ability to understand Oracle Applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise in production
and document the issues in Management Issue System.
Working experience/knowledge in Oracle Metalink, SR’s follows up, analyze and resolve related
issues, identify needs for systems changes and improvements.
Supervise, support and direct less senior team members during the project implementation and
perform the needed health check and reviews for all project deliverables.

Main responsibility is to provide Analysis, Design, and Implementation
of Oracle Applications support and maintenance of Oracle R12 Finance
modules such as AP, AR, CM, GL, Property Manager, EAM, Purchasing
and Inventory in a Government Public and multinational company.

Understand the complexities and scope of the modules to be implemented
for the Project from the Domain/Project Manager before initiating the

Conduct Business Requirement Gathering sessions and review the Clients
documents. Prepare the Future Business process model, Requirement
Definition and Gap Analysis document

Prepare and review the set up with the Project Manager/Domain Manager
and conduct CRP, UAT and End User Session in line with Project
