Class expectations
• I hope all my students will develop a love for
Spanish and an understanding for the variety
of heritage that makes up the Hispanic
Culture
• This class is student centered. We are always
busy. Students are expected to come to class
prepared and to be engaged all period. I
would like to hear each student speak
Spanish everyday.

• No credit will be given for doing the wrong
assignments, or work that is obviously
incorrect or not the work assigned.

Spanish Honor Society
Los Picaros
• The purpose of the Spanish Honor Society is to
recognize high achievement in Spanish by students of
secondary schools, and to promote a continuity of
interest in Hispanic Culture.
• Eligible students must have maintained an average of
A- or higher in their Spanish classes for 3 consecutive
semesters.
• Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of each month
and special holidays are celebrated.
