Flex Wing Rotary Cutter
The equipment shall be brand new, of the latest design in current production, be equipped with all
standard equipment and include options listed below.
Rotary Cutter shall be 126 inch flex wing type with the following models listed as examples,
intended solely to indicate the size, type and class of the equipment desired.

Morgan County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to make the final
determination to trade or retain the trade machine offered.
The Board of County Commissioners will make the final determination on which equipment is in the
best interests of Morgan County and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to
waive any formalities.

80701 no later than 1:00 p.m. MST, June 21, 2010 at which time they will be taken to Morgan County
Administration Building, Assembly Room, (basement) 231 Ensign Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701, opened
and read aloud. Please clearly mark 2010-0621 Rotary Cutter RFP on the outside of the envelope. If you
