Hotel contract being finalized for Tues-Wed, April 15-16 at brand new Marriott Renaissance in
downtown Denver.

Strawman agenda was discussed to include:
- Board meeting on Monday night
- later start time of 9am with more networking breaks
- utility roundtables to attract more utility attendees without need for them to prepare slides
- energy marketer roundtable potential
- Award winner panel
- Grid Water Heater workshop again
OpenADR Alliance considering a member meeting on Thursday, April 17.
Offer NREL trip on Monday before
Investigate ski trip on Sunday before
Consider concurrent sessions to allow for more narrow topics not of interest to all
Launch Call for Presenters next week with Jan. 31 deadline
Joe Childs to flesh out Public Power Utility Roundtable concept
Joe to offer Colo. School of Mines scholarships for up to 5 students in exchange for providing conference
help with a/v, etc.

 Renewables Integration with Fact-Acting DR and aggressive Mandates
 Ohio moving away from renewables
