resident check-in button. Staff is notified if resident does not press the
button “check-in “by a specified time.

The wireless Single Patient Station/Plunger Cord is a single gang, wall mounted
device. Call placement is via a bed cord utilizing a ¼” phone jack. An LED indicator
lights when the call is placed and remains on until the call is cancelled at the
station. A call can also be placed by removing the call cord from the jack.

The Status Solutions Water Bug runs on a 9V batter and has an open collector output
that makes it congruent with wireless transmitters. The Water Bug also has a low
battery warning that will trip the open collector output and give a distinct warning if
the battery voltage gets low. The sensor will not alarm because of condensation or
high humidity.
