JOB DESCRIPTION
Basic Functions

Focus on Global and Domestic Order Processing, Shipping and Documentation Management.

Communicate with International Customer Service, internal and external customers.

Coordinate Shipping Activities with Order Processors and Master Distribution Center Departments. Coordinate
International Logistics, working with Global Provider, including cross dock and expedited parcel shipments.

Build and Develop Relationships with International Logistic Provider’s Customer Service Department.

Develop and Maintain WIX Customs Compliance Program. Work with all North America international commerce
departments for Corporate Compliance and Maintenance Program.

Know, understand and apply International Shipping Security Compliance (CTPAT) regulations, NAFTA and other Free
Trade Agreements. Must have knowledge of International Tariff Code Systems.

Track and Analyze International Customer Purchasing Trends through system applications.

Perform duties of inventory monitoring against trends. Communicate trends to Demand Planning/Forecasting.

Develop and Maintain Orderfill and Shipment Cycle Tracking Measures.

Analyze Product Process Flow from Manufacturing Facilities through Distribution to the Customer. Develop and
Implement Improvements to these Processes.

Support and Assist Customer Service, Sales & Marketing and various Other Departments in Special New International
Customer Service Programs or Project Launches.

Coordinate WIX Yard Management, Equipment Allocation, International Shipping Processes, Logistics Planning,
Supply Chain Coordination.
Responsibility & Authority as Related to Quality:

Ensure that quality standards are met

Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.

Participate in the Safety and other WIX program.

Monitor established procedures relating to AS/400 equipment.
Education, Experience and Physical Requirements:












College Degree (BS, BA)
Global International/Logistics or Transportation Experience 2-4 years
Experience in Team Coordination for Domestic and International Logistics, Shipping and Yard Management. Must
be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment, communicating effectively with both
colleagues and clients and following verbal and written instructions.
Other oral and written Language skill, other than English a plus
Proven demonstrated experience of Team Work, must be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to
changing policies and procedures.
High level of verbal and written communication skills
Proven record of managing a High Number of Multiple Tasks Concurrently
Extensive experience working with internal and/or external customers
Strong demonstrated computer skills, working knowledge of Excel and Word (PowerPoint and Access experience
a plus), Shipping or Warehouse Management System. Parcel shipping processes experience a plus
Strong organizational skills
Proven problem-solving abilities
Willing and able to lift 35 lbs. to manage product/shipment movement
