Sponsorship Form for Providence Project

Dear Future Sponsor of Providence Academy,
Providence Academy is a private, University Model school in the Lake Ray Hubbard community. Our Christianbased school is unique from others because we encourage parent partnership in the education process as well as
innovative teaching techniques that prepare our students for a highly competitive world. As a result, students
attend school twice a week in a traditional classroom setting and on the alternate days at home complete
assignments and long-term projects planned by the teacher. The combined strength of devoted parents at home
and highly trained teachers at school create an environment in which students thrive and develop a passion for
learning, both academically and spiritually.
Providence Academy, a non-profit school, will be holding a service project and fundraiser, Providence Project, on
March 1, 2014. Our students, parents, faculty, and administration will devote a day of service to Boles Children’s
Home in Quinlan, Texas. Providence volunteers will paint, build, plant, clean, and repair this home for children and
their mothers. Our school is committed to being an example to educational institutions and honor God by serving
others. By taking part in this endeavor, we hope to make a difference in our community.
Students are now seeking contributions from individuals and businesses for the work they will perform on March
1st. Funds raised by Providence Project will provide supplemental support to the normal expenditures of the
school, enhancing the programs available to the students. Besides manpower, Providence Project will contribute
financially to Boles Children’s Home by purchasing materials for improvements to be made the day of the project.
Lastly, 10% of all money raised will be donated to a University-Model school in China. To learn more about this
school and its vision for Christ, visit our website. Your support is critical in helping us succeed, and your gift in any
amount will be greatly appreciated.
Please join our many donors and sponsors and help make a difference for Providence and Boles Children’s Home.
Corporate sponsors will be recognized on the project t-shirts, publicity banners, and our website.
Thank you so much for your consideration in supporting Providence Academy.
Sincerely,
Rebecca Hunt, Director, B.S.E, M.E.
