Thursday 24th December – 8.30am – 6.30pm
Friday 25th December – Christmas Day Closed
Monday 28th December – Bank Holiday Closed
Thursday 31st December – 8.30am – 6.30pm
Friday 1st January – New Year’s Day Closed
APPOINTMENTS
From Monday 21st December for 2 weeks there will be NO routine appointments.
There will only be emergency appointments available on the day.
Usual routine appointments will be available from Monday 4th January 2016.
Medication Reminder
Do you take regular medication? By planning ahead, you can make sure you are
prepared for Christmas and the New Year.
Please order repeat medication in plenty of time so the surgery and the pharmacy
have enough time to get prescriptions ready for you. We need at least 48 hours to
process your request and the pharmacy will also need time after this to get your
prescription ready.






They can deal with:
When you need help fast but it is not life threatening 
When you think you need to go to A&E 
When it’s outside of GP surgery hours 
When you are visiting the area 
When you do not know who to call for medical help
Sprains & strains
Cuts & grazes
Minor burns & scalds
Assessment of suspected
broken bones
Home Visits
Requests for home visits should be made by 11am. The doctors may phone you
before visiting you. Please note that lack of transport is not necessarily a reason for
a home visit.
