levels of success and to great achievement. Vegetacare’s Marketing Plan pays out of its
product revenues to our esteem Executives in the form of Immediate Retail Profit,
Wholesale Profit (Commissions), Down Line Income, Pyramid Income, Multi-Layer
Income, Royalty Income and other bonuses as applicable. In the Vegetacare
organization, success of each Executive is dependent on two primary factors:
• The time, effort and commitment an Executive puts into their Vegetacare business.
• The product sales made by an Executive and their downline organization.

At Vegetacare we believe that to sell a quality Vegetacare product you need to
understand it and use it with confidence. We want our Business Owners become product
brand ambassadors, this enables them to sell Vegetacare products with confidence and
run their businesses effectively. Vegetacare really does enable you to be in control of
your own life. With the Vegetacare business opportunity, you work for yourself, not for
Vegetacare or your sponsor. It’s entirely up to you how much time and effort you put into
your business. Like anything else in life, the amount you achieve reflects the amount you
put in.
Understanding Certain Terms:
Throughout this manual, we use certain terms for example the term volume is used in the
Marketing Plan and it is the base for qualifying and working your way to higher levels.
Thus it is necessary to understand following points before describing executive levels.
1. Each purchase will generate Personal volume (PV) and downline volume
(DV).
2. One SPV (Self Purchasing Volume) = Rs. 1000/3. All Business is done in terms of Business volume (BV).
4. Definition of Business volume (BV): It is defined as the sum of Personal
Volume (PV) and Down line Volume (DV). i.e. [BV = PV + DV]
5. Personal volume (PV): It will be accumulated in your account in two ways
a) It is accumulated by self purchasing of products. Thus it is called as Self
Purchasing Volume (SPV).
b) 20% of your Executive (First level executive) Self Purchasing Volume will be
accumulated in your account as personal volume (PV) (Figure 2).

6. Downline Volume (DV): This volume will be accumulated in your account by
purchasing of products from your down line organization. Up to four level of
downline organization, it will be counted as your DV. For example for down
line organization, First level - 100% transfer, IInd level- 75%, IIIrd level50%, IVth level- 25% will be transfer to your account as DV (Figure 2).
7. 10% Qualification Rule: Every qualification is based on BV accumulated in
your account and to achieve any qualification, 10% of BV must be required
as PV.

Becoming a Executive – The First Important Step
The only requirement is to purchase the product in order to become a Vegetacare
Independent Executive. Along with the first purchase you will get an Application form
for Independent Executive ship, which you must duly complete and submit in order to
receive a Vegetacare Identification Number (VIN). You officially become a Vegetacare
Executive when your properly completed Application will be processed and accepted by
the Vegetacare. This process takes only a few days, but in the meantime, you are entitled
to buy Vegetacare products from or through your registered Sponsor at the applicable
discount. Once your Application has been accepted and you get your VIN, your contract
with Vegetacare becomes effective immediately, giving you all the rights, responsibilities
and privileges of an Executive.
With your unique VIN, you can track your Multilayer Marketing Business record,
further purchases shall be made through this number only and for any query, you can
communicate with Vegetacare through this unique number only.

Income Opportunities for Executives
The Vegetacare Marketing Plan provides many opportunities to earn income.
1. Immediate Retail Profit by Direct Discount:
As an Executive, when you and your downline organization purchase Vegetacare
products, you earn Business Volume (BV). The amount of Retail Profit by direct
discount on each purchase will depends on the BV you earned in your account
for example 20 BV in your account will give you 20% discount on that purchase.
As your volume increases, this discount will increase and goes up to a maximum
of 45%. When you sell these products to customers, the difference between the
discounted product price paid by you and the retail price paid by your customer is
your Retail Profit (Figure 3).



2. Wholesale Profit (Commissions) through Difference Discount:
In addition to Retail Profit, Vegetacare Executives also earn Wholesale Profit on
the products purchased by your Executive (First level executive). Your Wholesale
Profit, also called Commissions, is the discounted price you pay for products and
the discounted price paid by your Executive. If you sell products directly to your
Executive, you can earn Wholesale Profit immediately. If your Executive
purchases their product directly from Vegetacare, then Vegetacare pays the
difference in discount percentage to you at the end of each month. Thus
Wholesale Profit depends upon the difference in Business Volume (BV) between
you and your executive (Figure 4). You can earn upto a maximum of 45%
wholesale profit#.




Earning from 45% will depend upon two factors
Either 10% qualification rule will follow: 10% qualification means your account must have 10% PV out
of total BV at the end of each month but if you are unable to fulfill 10% qualification, then your
wholesale Profit will be calculated from 30% discount irrespective of their actual BV.
You can also avail discount from 45% even if you are unable to fulfil 10% qualification rule. In this case
your monthly selling from First Level Executives including you must exceed from 15 BV then you will
be entitled to get wholesale income from 45%.

3. Down Line Income:
Levels of Success: The people you personally sponsor as Vegetacare Executive
are known as your First-Level. They may be friends or family or business
associates, or even people you have just met. You can personally sponsor as many
people as you want. When these Executives in your First-Level, sponsor other
Executives, these new Executive become your Second level. When your Second
Level, in turn, sponsors others, they will become the Third level in your
organization and so on (Figure 5).
Executive earns 7% of base price in the form of down line income from his first
level executive, 5% from second level executive, 3% from third level and 1%
from its fourth level. Thus an executive can earn upto 16% from their four levels
of downline as shown in Figure 5.
Note:
In order to get down line income, the executive must be active. Once executive account gets deactivated, it never reopens
again. (Executive becomes inactive only when there will be no activity seen in their account for consecutive six month. i.e. executive
neither sponsoring new executives nor purchasing product for themselves is suppose to be inactive).

Down line income will be released on monthly bases.

Qualification for Executive
No qualification is required. You are entitled to get these incomes by just purchasing
the products and acceptance of duly filled application form by the company.
Becoming a District Executive
In order to get further incomes, Executive must qualify for District Executive level.
Qualification for District Executive
Executive must accumulate either 100 BV in one month or 200 BV in three successive
months and so on as shown below in Figure 6.

Income Opportunities for District Executives
The Vegetacare Marketing Plan provides many opportunities to earn income for District
Executives.
1. Immediate Retail Profit by Direct Discount: As similar to Executive.
2. Wholesale Profit (Commissions) through Difference Discount: As similar to
Executive.
3. Down Line Income: As similar to Executive.
Other privileges to District Executives over Executives:
1. Account never permanently deactivated: The account inactivation criteria is
similar to Executives i.e. In order to get down line income, the District executive
account must remains active. But after inactivation, it will be reopened after
submitting a fee of Rs. 500 rupees.
2. Pyramid Income from first level of organization: District Executive gets this
income from their first level of down line organization except Executive Group
where he will get from his entire down line organization as shown in figure. He
will get 3% income from his downline executive group and 2% from his downline
District executives group that includes District Executive also as shown in figure.
If purchasing take place in second level of organization of a district executive then
he will not be entitled for Pyramid income because Pyramid income comes from
the first level of organization as shown in the Figure 7.

Monthly Payment Eligibility Criteria for District Executive: In order to get
payment from company, District Executive has to fulfill 0.5 SPV per month or 1.0 SPV in
two month or like that 6.0 SPV in whole year. Payment will release only after this
requirement has been completed by District Executive. Payment will lapse if District
Executive are unable to complete the requirement in their whole year.
Becoming a State Executive:
In order to get further incomes, District Executive must qualify for State Executive level.
Qualification for State Executive
Executive must accumulate either 200 BV in one month or 400 BV in three
successive months and so on as shown in Figure 8.

Income Opportunities for State Executives
The Vegetacare Marketing Plan provides many opportunities to earn income for State
Executives.
1. Immediate Retail Profit by Direct Discount: As similar to Executive.
2. Wholesale Profit (Commissions) through Difference Discount: As similar to
Executive.
3. Down Line Income: As similar to Executive.
4. Account never permanently deactivated: As similar to District Executive.
Other privileges to Country Executives over State Executives:
1. Pyramid Income from first level organization: State Executive gets this income
from their first level of down line organization except Executive Group where he
will get from all of his down line organization. He will get 6% income from his
downline executive group and 4% from his downline District executives group
and 2% from State Executive group as shown below in figure. If purchasing take
place in second level of organization of a State Executive then he will not be
entitled for Pyramid income because Pyramid income comes from the first level
of organization as shown in the Figure 9.

2. Multilayer Income: you are eligible to receive 4% Organizational Production
Bonus in the form of Multilayer Income. This income comes from Second level
of organization and it goes upward up to Global Executives (figure 10A).
If an organization have more than one similar kind of executives (for
example State executive in figure 10B), then lower executive will only get
income. State Executive will not get this income, if the purchasing takes place
directly under him i.e. level-1 of its organization (figure 10C).

3. Other Benefit: You also becomes eligible for special planning and training
sessions targeted to accelerate your progress to Country Executive.
Monthly Payment Eligibility Criteria for State Executive: In order to get
payment from company, State Executive has to fulfill 1.0 SPV per month or 2.0 SPV in
two month or like that 12 SPV in whole year. Payment will release only after this
requirement has been completed by State Executive. Payment will lapse if State
Executive are unable to complete the requirement in their whole year.
Becoming a Country Executive:
In order to get further incomes, State Executive must qualify for Country Executive level.
Qualification for Country Executive: Executive must accumulate either 400 BV
in one month or 800 BV in three successive months and so on as shown in Figure 11.

Country Executives.
1. Immediate Retail Profit by Direct Discount: As similar to Executive.

Other privileges to Country Executives over State Executives:
1. Achieving Country Executive Status is a first prestigious recognition within
Vegetacare. This status indicates that the Country Executive has developed a
strong, active downline base and has demonstrated a willingness to take a
leadership role within the Vegetacare and company gives you opportunity for
Training and Promotion of the Vegetacare products within the country. All of
your expense during training and promotion will be born by the company.
2. Pyramid Income from first level organization: Country Executive gets this
income from their first level of down line organization except Executive Group
where he will get from all of his down line organization. He will get 12% income
from his downline executive group, 6% from his downline District executives
group, 4% from State Executive group and 2% from his down line Country
Executive group as shown below in figure. If purchasing take place in second
level of organization of a State Executive then he will not be entitled for
Pyramid income because Pyramid income comes from the first level of
organization as shown in the Figure 12.

Monthly Payment Eligibility Criteria for Country Executive: In order to
get payment from company, District Executive has to fulfill 2.0 SPV per month or 4.0
SPV in two month or like that 24 SPV in whole year. Payment will release only after this

requirement has been completed by Country Executive. Payment will lapse if Country
Executive are unable to complete the requirement in their whole year.
Becoming a World Executive:
In order to get further incomes, Country Executive must qualify for World Executive
level.
Qualification for World Executive: Executive must accumulate either 800 BV in
one month or 1600 BV in three successive months and so on (Figure 14).

World Executives.
1. Immediate Retail Profit by Direct Discount: As similar to Executive.

2. Royalty Income One: You are the company’s pillars that make the outer circle of
company (Figure 20). Company will gives you the responsibility to work for
company growth and as a leader you organize and manage worldwide trainings.
All of your expense during organizing and managing worldwide trainings will be
born by the company. You will also participate in the special conferencing calls
with inner circle and founder circle of the company. To honor the world
executives, company annually distributes 2% of company net profit in the form of
bonus to all of the world executives*.
*Note: To achieve Royalty income, you must have two (2) active country
Executives, in your first level organization.
Monthly Payment Eligibility Criteria for World Executive: In order to get
payment from company, World Executive has to fulfill 4.0 SPV per month or 8.0 SPV in
two month or like that 48 SPV in whole year. Payment will release only after this
requirement has been completed by World Executive. Payment will lapse if World
Executive are unable to complete the requirement in their whole year.
Becoming a Global Executive:
In order to get further incomes, World Executive must qualify for Global Executive level.
Qualification for Global Executive: Executive must accumulate either 1600 BV
in one month or 3200 BV in three successive months and so on as shown in Figure 17.

World Executives.

1. Multilayer Income: In this income World executive gets 7% Organizational
Production bonus in the form of multilayer income. See (Figure 19) the various

2. Royalty Income One: As similar to World Executive i.e. to honour the Global
executives, company distributes 2% of company net profit in the form of bonus at
the end of each year to all of the Global executives*.
*Note: To achieve Royalty income one, you must have two (2) active country
Executives, in your first level organization.
3. Royalty Income Two: After Founder, you are the company’s top most pillars and
making the inner circle of company. To honour you, company distributes 5% of
company net profit in the form of bonus at the end of each year to all of the Global
Executives* as Royalty Income Two.
*Note: To achieve Royalty income two, you must have two (2) active country
Executives and one (1) active world executive, in your first level organization.

4. Company may appoint you at various higher posts in the Vegetacare
Organization: What a privilege it is to the Company having such amazing team
members. Company appreciates your dedication and hard work because of which,

company is achieving new milestones at each year. Company needs your
experience to serve the organization so to honour you company has decided to
appoint you at various higher posts in the organisation that may include the
appointment of CEO of the company.
Monthly Purchase Criteria for Global Executive: In order to get payment
from company, Global Executive has to fulfill 8.0 SPV per month or 16.0 SPV in two
month or like that 96 SPV in whole year. Payment will release only after this requirement
has been completed by Global Executive. Payment will lapsed if Global Executive unable
to complete the requirement in their whole year.
Submission of Annual Processing Charge:
Company is charging Annual Processing Fee because a great deal of administrative time
and labor goes into the handling of your records so annual processing fee is the fairest
way to cover these costs. Thus all Executives must submit their Processing Fee of Rs. 500
annually to maintain their rights and privileges. If any Executive fails to submit their
annual processing Fee, he will not be entitled to get payment from very next month. His
payment will releases only if he will submit his processing fee along with penalty of Rs.
500.
Vegetacare Rules and Regulations:
Age Requirement for Executives:
An applicant must be at least 18 years of age to become a Vegetacare Independent
Executive.
Independent Executive:
Vegetacare Executives are independent business persons and no Executive shall represent
or imply that he has any employment relationship with Vegetacare Remedies Pvt. Ltd.
except for Global Executives. The use of words employee, agent, company representative
either orally or any written way is strictly prohibited.
Placing an order:
You can place orders through your upline sponcer or directly to Vegetacare. When you
become a District Executive then you must order directly from Vegetacare. You can place
order by telephone, mail etc.
Accepted method of payment:
All orders must be paid in full and accepted for us to release the order. The following
methods of payment are accepted
A) Cash: must be submitted to the Vegetacare Remedies Pvt. Ltd. Bank account.
B) Credit Cards / Debit Cards: Card must be in the name of purchaser.
C) Demand Draft: D.D. must be payable to Vegetacare Remedies Pvt. Ltd.
D) Electronic Funds Transfer: Must be paid to Vegetacare Remedies Pvt. Ltd. Bank
account.

Monthly and annual earnings distribution from company:
In order to get your earnings from company, you have to provide us your proof of legal
residency, as it required by the company to send your earnings in the form of cheque. A
cheque will be delivered to you only when a minimum of Rs. 500/- will accumulate in
your Vegetacare account.
Tax issue:
In this business, the tax liability on you is similar to any other business you independently
operate. Executive are solely responsible for filing their annual income to income tax
department. As per the income tax rule, Vegetacare will deduct 10% for those who
provide PAN detail and 20% deduction for those who do not provide the PAN detail. We
recommend that you consult a tax advisor in your local area to assist you for further
information.
Tax liability for every Executive:
India has easy to follow tax law. In particular, upon reaching certain turnover thresholds,
the Indian Sale Tax Act requires you to register. This registration is solely your
responsibility and you must be in compliance with all sale tax law.
Comply with State law and Central law:
All Executives must comply with all state and central law and regulations that apply to
their Vegetacare business and shall not in any business activity that could discredit
reputation of Vegetacare.
Advertising and promotion:
It is not permitted for any Executive to display Vegetacare name, products and materials
on Retail Shops. Broadcast, Audio recording of any kind that relates to, mentions, or
promotes in any way, either directly or indirectly the Vegetacare name, products,
materials also not permitted at outdoor places like television, radio, news paper and
public places etc. but it can be done indoor like home, private office or other company
meeting places etc.
It is permissible to have any Vegetacare approved brochure, flyers, catalogs, business
cards or other printed material on a table or counter but not presented in display fashion.
A Executive with a private office may sell Vegetacare products from such an office
provided that no Products, Signs, Posters, flyers or brochures are visible from the street or
side walk and are not displayed.
Executive may produce their own advertisements provided they are truthful accurate in
content. Make no therapeutic or medical claims but you can say that Vegetacare works in
harmony with nature and complete biochemical balance of the cells by supplying the
essential requirements through cellular nutrition thereby making your body strong enough
so that it can able to deal with various disorders.
Violation of Vegetacare rules:
Whenever there is any violation of the Vegetacare rules, Vegetacare may in its sole
discretion take whatever actions or measures it deems necessary and appropriate,
including but not limited to, suspension of buying privileges, suspension of earnings, fine
and termination of the Executiveship.
