Design of Selected Plan
•
•
•
Not the plan to cut the ridge and
fill the river.
Allocate the buildings at narrow
ridge area.
The buildings was linked by
skywalk to conserve the various
environment of valley.
Conclusion
• Environmental consideration since initial
planning stage to decide land preparation area
inside the huge planning site.
• Consistent environmental consideration through
planning and designing stages by intimate
cooperation between environmental and design
teams.
Afterword
• At initial stage, comments to consider natural
environment was given by Academic Expert.
However, He evaluated us “this is the only plan
can be satisfied under harsh environmental
conditions” finally.
• Construction works was started on April 2007.
Environmental monitoring is on-going.
