 Ensuring timely delivery & follow up with the supplier along with sufficient inventory levels for company requirements and
ordering as necessary.
 Obtaining the demand control process and respond to any new customer request for extra demand.
 Making demand forecasts and proposing corrective actions.
 Rendering help for customer claims and participate in defining accurate actions in order to prevent re-occurrence.
 Handling the purchase of goods and services based on customers agreed product availability by maintaining frequent
