


The Deanship of Graduate Studies was established
in 1972.
It was the first Graduate College in Saudi Arabia
and in Gulf Arabian States.
The University was the first institution in Saudi
Arabia to introduce Ph.D. programs in engineering
in 1984

Admission Requirements for MS
Programs






B.S. Degree.
A GPA of 3.00 or higher on a scale of 4.00.
Three letters of recommendation from the faculty who
taught you.
Completion of TOEFL with a minimum score for MS
admission of 68 (IBT). IELTS is also accepted with a
minimum score of 5.5.
TOEFL is waived if your GPA in ENGL 101, 102 and 214 >
3.00.
Satisfactorily meeting any additional departmental or
university admission requirements.
