example, the average monthly income of a Diamond level doTERRA distributor is $13,000 per month. The
average monthly income for a Blue Diamond is $36,500. The average monthly income for Presidential
Diamond has risen to $71,000 per month. This is a monthly income that if maintained can be passed onto
future generations. That is another reason we love the high retention rates at doTERRA."
Our personal goals for 2012 are to locate and help develop 6 capable, caring, committed front line leaders who
have “the heart of a servant” who will help us share the doTERRA difference, having the vision to at least become
Platinum leaders in the doTERRA organization within 1 year. Platinum leaders serve and improve the health of at
least 300 to 500 families and earn $5,000 to $8,000 per month. Elites serve 30 to 50 people in their organization, for
3000PV per month. (PV is close to dollars) Three functioning Elites make up a Silver. Three Silver’s make up a
Platinum. Four silvers make a Diamond. And 6 Platinum’s equal a presidential diamond. A platinum looks like this:
