Amazing things that happened…
Empowered , networked team members are
now presenting to their faculty, offering
technology support and knowledge sharing
Feedback from management, staff and students
shows that this team has been successful
because;
• Non-threatening: The team are not seen as
technology experts. They are therefore seen to be
more approachable and easy to talk to
• Networks: Team members have connected
each other with colleagues for technology support
• Pervasiveness: Survey results show that an
increasing number of teachers are more confident
and use new technology as an enhancement to
their usual delivery modes
