Your manager will receive an email from AURICO, with login information. Your
manager or other designee will review the information you provide in Section 1:
Employee Information when you report for work.

By law, Zurich is required to complete the I-9 at the actual beginning of your employment. You must
show documents from the I-9 Lists of Acceptable Documents when you report to work.

Forms (W-4)
Indicate your federal & state withholding exemptions through GEMS. If you do not make an election,
both will default to Single with 0 exemptions based on your home address listed in the system.
Payroll will also set up any applicable local taxes.

Follow the instructions in the voicemail guide for first time login and greetings.

Canadian Employees:
Under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) all commercial electronic messages (CEMs)
must indicate the identity of the person/entity sending the CEM.

All employees must attach a
signature to their Lotus Notes
(desktop) email, as well as email
sent by their job related mobile
device.
Instructions for creating signatures in Lotus Notes and for mobile devices can be found on the CASL
page in the Canada section of Channel Z.
