Osmus 2014
ENGLISH PORTFOLIO DIRECTIONS: This assignment is worth a total of 20 points in
the 30% section. This is the LAST item that will go into the 30% section.
For this assignment you will place items into English Portfolio in Google Drive
• In Google Drive, create a Writing Portfolio Folder and share it with me at
sosmus@cchsdons.com.
• Then, inside that folder, create a English1PortfolioFolder or English1A Portfolio
Folder (this does not apply to Transfer Students) and place your work from last
year into here. Some of you may have done this last year, so you would just
need to transfer this over. If you have a paper copy of your portfolio from last
year, you could always take pictures of the work and place them in (don't worry,
points are not given for English 1/1A Portfolio)
• Then, create an English 2 Portfolio Folder. The items that should be placed in the
English 2 Folder are the following. You may do this by going on turnitin.com,
opening the GRADED assignment by clicking twice on the BLUE VIEW BUTTON
of the FINAL COPY, then clicking twice on the printing button in the bottom left
corner, then clicking twice on the top button, and the PDF copy of all my
comments, the rubric, etc. will pop up. Then, transfer these into the Portfolio
Folder for English 2.
These 5 Assignments need to go into the Writing Portfolio for English 2: This is
worth 10 points in the 30% section of your grade (many of you have already
begun this process).
This is due to Google Drive by the start of class on Tuesday, May 27 & Wednesday,
May 28.
