C. Course Objectives
This course aims at making students familiar with legal issues about trade secrets. The
Lectures will thoroughly equip students about basic concept of trade secrets act, its
relation with other intellectual property law, the Economic Espionage Act, and other
legislation. Students will be required to discuss in depth when doing projects regarding
selected cases and topics.
