Cluster Operational Budget
The operational budget for each cluster includes the following:
1. An extrapolation from the cost of relevant activities per beneficiary:
 Affected population: 30,000 persons
 Target population (50%): 30,000 x 50% = 15,000
 Activity cost per person: 10 USD
 Estimated cost for the target population: 15,000 x 10 = $ 150,000
2. The cost of a project or program, such as a food distribution program or a vaccination program:

3. Contingency funds for responding to unexpected emergencies.
4. Cluster coordination costs, such as those related to the information management, data collection,
