ORGANIZATION INTRODUCTION
Youth is an architect of the future. This is not a conventional statement but it is carried by a solid fact, because the future of a
nation depends on young people. Youth has the potential to make difficulties easier and convert impossible in to possible. If
we ignore or do not consider seriously this very fact, full of dynamism and confident section of the society, this will lead not
only to increasing depression and frustration among youth but also hampered their mental and emotional growth which can
be seen by lack of youth participation in different fields of life.
Living in a world that is encompassed with so much turmoil, heartache and pain, we understand the need for unconditional
love. With so much going on with our youth, they can only wonder what, is it all about. Why I am here? What do I want to
do with my life? What am I going to do after I get out of school? May be I will go with the flow of the crowd. At Looking
Over Your Shoulder Ministries, Inc. our desire is to create in the hearts of the youth, Vision, Purpose and Power. The very
thing that we all know, will promote healthy life styles, create in our youth life skills, that we know will improve youth
relations with adults and teachers. Also bring about greater performance in school activities. In the various programs that we
offer as community supporters, we offer our services in several different areas. We believe that we can make an impact, and
be a positive influence in pointing our youth in the right direction.
