Sygnity SA focuses on modern operating structures. The Operations Department
reporting directly to the CEO has been enhanced. At the same time a Marketing,
External Relations and Corporate Communications Department has been established.
Warsaw, 25 October 2012 --- owing to the new organizational architecture, adjusted to
modern standards of corporate governance in the sector of new technologies and IT the
Operations Department at Sygnity will take over the critical functions related to business
projects support. The new solution will facilitate rationalization of processes of offer
development and optimization of management of the Company's current and future projects.
A significant change is being introduced in the hierarchy of the management team – the head
of the department, i.e. Chief Operating Officer reports directly to the CEO of the organization.
The key challenges of the newly established department are as follows: (1) strengthening
control over the operational management of the Company, (2) providing support and
monitoring of project management in business areas and a better flow of information, (3)
facilitation of decision making processes and (4) financial rationalization of projects. The
position of the Chief Operating Officer has been entrusted to Michał Ptak, who has been
working for the Company for almost three years - most recently he has been holding with
success the position of the Chief Strategic Project Officer.
At the same time a Marketing, External Relations and Corporate Communications
Department was established. The new department will replace the existing ones: Marketing
and PR/IR. The task of the new information services is to improve the dialogue with investors
and the capital market. Proactive approach, transparency and openness in dealing with
external stakeholders will be the determinant of changes in this area, while their aim is to
strengthen the communication of the new strategy of the Company, its image and credibility
for capital market players. The department will be managed by an external company
specializing in communication with the market: Rc2 RACZKIEWICZ CHENCZKE
CONSULTANTS.

requirements of the times and the market and are managed in a modern way. Strengthening the
operational efficiency of the Company will improve its profitability and will stimulate the organization
to properly estimate its growth, in a way consistent with the current market tendencies in the IT and
new technologies sector. New people in the rationalized structure will devote a great deal of energy to
make project management more coherent and flexible. I hope that these measures will enable us to
improve the efficiency of business operations, and to change the perception of the Company's by
stakeholder groups. I have entrusted the position of the Chief Operating Officer, reporting directly to
me, to Michał Ptak, an experienced and dynamic manager who has been a member of the Sygnity's
