Wipe spill immediately
Wash grill pan after use.
Wipe out oven after each use and clean
regularly
Do not drag saucepans over the hob, it
scratches.
Do not use abrasives to clean the hob,
ceramic hobs needs ceramic cleaner.
Cleaning a cooker









Protect clothes hands and floor.
Collect all resources.
Switch off electricity or gas
Remove all removable parts and steep in warm
water and detergent.
Spray or rub on oven cleaner
Wash removable part in hot soapy water,
rinse and dry.
Wash out oven rinse and dry
Wash, rinse and dry outside of cooker and
replace all parts
Polish chrome and outside with a multipurpose
silicone polish e.g. Mr Sheen

Defrost regularly if not frost free

Wrap frozen food in newspaper
Wait till ice melts, empty drip tray
Bring removable parts to sink wash rinse & dry
Wash out inside and ice box with warm water + bread
soda (1 tablesp to 500mls)
Replace all parts, replace food, switch fridge back on.
Wash rinse and dry outside of fridge
Dust condenser
Polish outside with silicon polish.
