AP Language Vocabulary Presentations
Each week, 4 students will present/teach the vocabulary words to
the class (5 words each)
• For each word, your presentation must include the following:
◦ The word
▪ Include: pronunciation and part of speech for the word
◦ The definition - This MUST be in your own words
◦ A sentence using the word – ORIGINAL
◦ A picture that illustrates the meaning of the word
◦ A good way to remember the word
◦ Other forms of the word

A person of noble birth; an aristocrat
Mr. Anderson was a patrician, and he was never truly happy
unless his place at the dinner table was set with at least half a
dozen forks.
A Good Way to Remember:
A girl named Patricia who prefers to always be called Patricia
and never Patty, Trish, or Pat might be considered rather
patrician in her attitude.
