POSITION: Salesforce Developer
REPORTS TO: Systems Administrator
THE ORGANIZATION
Evergreen Health is a non-profit consumer operated and oriented health insurance plan (CO-OP) in
Maryland that provides individuals and businesses with quality health care, a voice in how their plan is operated, and the chance to experience being part of a health plan that puts patients at the core.
THE POSITION
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions for Evergreen Health’s Salesforce implementation. This position will work closely with the
Salesforce team to support project priorities and evaluate technical requirements. The Salesforce
Developer will be defining user requirements, creating processes and managing complex workflows.
This position will also work with outside vendors to ensure third-party development and solutions meet business requirements.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
 1 - 3 years programming experience and technical analysis
 Working knowledge of SQL Server or equivalent database systems
 Understanding of RDBMS concepts and structures
 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
 Proficiency on Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
 Experience with Java or C#, as well as HTML, and JavaScript a plus
 Experience with data ETL process development a plus
 Experience with HL7 data standards and interfacing a plus
