It is our intent to provide the following to our Agents
We provide you the opportunity to have ownership in your
Agency book of business from day ONE. We encourage bringing
family members into the business so you can pass on what you
have built to the next generation NOT the insurance company.
Agency Contract:
We have a comprehensive agency contract, including ownership
in your personal book of business, with buy-out provisions for
retirement, death and disability. We provide you with the BEST
commission incentive plan in the market place to grow your
book of business beginning with an 80/20% commission split
with the opportunity to reach a level of 90%/10% commission
split.
You have opportunities to share in quality and production
bonuses based on the same level as your commission split.
Commissions:
Personal lines 10% - 15% new & renewal
Commercial package 15% - 20%
Work comp 5% - 10%
Life 75% +
Plus any incentive plans we negotiate each year.
You will receive a monthly commission check direct deposited,
and a commission statement via our website.
Incentive Trips:
We provide opportunities to qualify for incentive company
trips, most of which do not require any life insurance
production.
Computer/ Client Management System:
We provide the client management system AMS 360 online
internet based system 24/7 access the best on the market.
Training:
We provide complete training for you and your staff, including
the client management system, comparative rater, new
business, claims handling, life insurance sales, and the
operations manual.
Agent and CSR Meetings.
It is our goal to have a highly productive meeting where agents
can come share ideas, learn about market conditions and
receiving training on products and service.
Website:
We will continually maintain and improve our site and have an
agent’s only section that includes an up to date directory of
company Reps, underwriters and claim Reps, procedures and
marketing tips. You have your own secured logo to view your
commission statements, etc.
Marketing:
Our Web site is maintained by us and used in our marketing
efforts.
