3. Aims, Objectives and Rationale
The major aim of this course is to enhance students’ understanding of the scope of OB as a field
of study and its potential value in today’s organizational life. It focuses on three levels of
analysis: the individual, group, and organization. Topics selected will help students to assess how
basic theories of human behaviour may be applied in organizational settings.

7. Course Method (Lectures and tutorials)
The course will primarily be consisted of lectures and tutorial sessions. Lectures will introduce
the concepts and discuss the implications while tutorials will be the platform for clarifying
issues raised during lectures.
