INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Home Team shall be responsible for changing jerseys in the event of a conflict.
2. Home Team is responsible for nets, game ball, and referee(s).
3. F.I.F.A. and GCSA rules of competition will apply to all matches.
4. Winning Coach is responsible for sending game form to League Commissioner within 48 hours after completion of
scheduled game.
5. Game cancellation, postponement & rescheduling:
a. Both Coaches must agree with the postponement.
b. The League Commissioner must be notified by both Coaches no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled game
time.
c. The Home Coach must notify the Home Club Referee Unit not later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled game time.
d. All postponed games shall be rescheduled through the League Commissioner within 7 days from notice of
postponement.
6. Failure to play a game on the original schedule date or on the agreed upon reschedule date will result in a request for
a forfeit being sent to the GCSA Games Committee by the League Commissioner.
7. All games will count toward the Division Championship.
