ANNOUNCING THE NEXT F2F MEETING OF THE
INTERNATIONAL AEROSPACE ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP (IAEG)

Meeting Location
The IAEG Meetings schedule for 12-16 October will be hosted by Airbus in Toulouse,
France. All meetings will be held at the Airbus Offices at the address below. Airbus will
provide shuttle service from the Radisson Blu Hotel to the meeting location.

The Radisson Blu Hotel is recommended to all guests attending the IAEG Meetings.
Airbus will provide shuttle service from the Radisson Blu Hotel to the Airbus Offices.
The hotel is located very close to the airport with easy access to tram and taxis to visit
the city centre.

A block of rooms is reserved for IAEG Meeting attendees at the Radisson Blu Hotel.
The room rate is Euro160 including taxes and buffet breakfast. An additional Euro 25
will be charged for double occupancy.

The group code is: “Airbus IAEG Conference”. The cutoff date for making
reservations at the group rate is 11 September 2015. The reservation link is set up
from October 12-16. If you need to book nights before or after these dates, please
change the dates when you book or modify your original reservation after completion to
add the extra dates.
If you have difficulties booking extra days for your reservation, please email Juani
Bourgeois (resa.toulouse@radissonblu.com), and specify your Name, Surname,
booking reference and the exact dates/nights you wish to book.
Hotel Cancellation
Please note reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 11 September 2015.
Cancellations made after 11 September will be charged 60% of their booking.
Secondary Hotel
A small number of room are available at the Crowne Plaza Toulouse located in the city
centre at a rate of Euro 165. Please contact the hotel direct and ask for the “Airbus
IAEG 2015” rate.

NOTE: Please note, the shuttle will not pickup at this hotel. Individuals staying at the
Crowne Plaza Toulouse are responsible for their own transportation to the meetings at
the Airbus offices.

For security purposes, all meeting attendees will need to provide a passport to obtain
your name badge each morning when entering Airbus.
For Non-EU Attendees, Airbus requires a copy of your passport plus the following
information: Surname, First Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Nationality, and

Agenda Package
A detailed agenda package will be provided closer to the meeting date including daily
agendas for each work group meeting.

Tour - Airbus will offer a tour of their A380/A350 Final Assembly Lines on
Thursday. If you would like to attend, please register online using the
Registration Form located on the IAEG Website: http://www.iaeg.com/meetings/.

IAEG Dinner – IAEG will hold a group dinner hosted by Airbus on the evening of
Tuesday, October 13 starting at 1830. If you plan to attend the dinner, please
register using the Meeting Registration Form located on the IAEG Website:
http://www.iaeg.com/meetings/.

Trinket Exchange – IAEG will hold a Trinket Exchange during the Toulouse
meetings. If you wish to participate, please bring items with your company logo
(pens, coffee mugs, etc.). The exchange will take place during the coffee break
on Monday morning.
Travel Planning

Transportation
o Hotel Shuttle: A 24-hour, complimentary shuttle is available to transport
guests to and from Toulouse Airport to the Radisson Blu Hotel.
o Taxi Service: Taxi service is available at the airport and hotel.

Parking – Please contact the hotel for details.

Dining – Airbus will provide coffee breaks and lunch each day. Dinner is on your
own unless otherwise noted on the above schedule.

Internet – Wifi is free at the Radisson Blu Hotel. Wifi will be limited to only a few
attendees onsite at Airbus.
