Purchaser agrees that the Office Address will be used as legal address for Contractual Notice
Purposes.
Reservation Fee:
A reservation fee of Ten Thousand dollars (US$ 10,000.00) legal currency of the United States
of America received on _______, 200__ from Purchaser hereby reserves [identification of Unit]
at Wyndham Jaco Condo-hotel for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Reservation
Agreement (the “Reservation Period”).
Prior to execution of the Purchase/Sale Promise Agreement, Purchaser has the right to withdraw
this reservation at any time by giving written notice thereof to Seller, whereupon this
Reservation Agreement and Purchaser’s rights hereunder shall automatically terminate, and the
reservation fee shall be promptly refunded to Purchaser.

Additional Terms and Conditions:
1.
In consideration of such reservation, purchaser will receive from the seller one of the
following benefits:
Airport transfers, two nights and three days accommodations at a deluxe hotel selected by Seller,
a private tour of Wyndham Jaco Beach and its surroundings as well as a $1000 credit on the
purchase price of the Unit upon executing this reservation agreement t prior to departure.
OR
Airport transfers, assistance with hotel reservations, a private tour of Wyndham Jaco Beach and
its surroundings and a $1,500 credit on the purchase price of the Unit upon executing this
reservation agreement prior to departure.
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the above-mentioned benefits are subject to modification
and/or cancellation by Seller at its own discretion at any time prior to the execution of this
Reservation Agreement.
2.
Any extension of the Reservation Period shall be subject to the Seller’s written approval,
which the Seller may grant or deny at its sole discretion.
3.
The Purchaser may not assign or otherwise transfer its rights hereunder without the
Seller’s prior written consent.
4.
The Purchaser recognizes and acknowledges that this Reservation Agreement is a
reservation solely with respect to a proposed condo-hotel unit, and, accordingly, this
Reservation Agreement is not an agreement to sell it, nor does it confer any lien with this
Agreement, or any other condominium property. If Purchaser chooses to purchase the
unit reserved with this Agreement, or any other condo-hotel unit in the Condominium,
Purchaser shall enter and execute the Purchase/Sale Agreement pursuant to the terms and
conditions herein established.
5.
This Reservation Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the
laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, and any dispute or claim relating to arising out of this
Reservation Agreement shall be resolved through legal arbitration to be conducted in San
José, Costa Rica before the CICA Arbitration Center in accordance with the Costa Rican
Law on Alternate Dispute Resolution and the Promotion of Social Peace.
