I/We hereby request Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, which expression shall include the
Bank’s successors and assigns) to credit cheques, cashier’s orders, banker’s drafts and money orders that are
made payable in the following third party name(s) from time to time into my/our account no.

In consideration of the Bank collecting on my/our behalf and crediting to my/our account with the Bank from time to
time cheques, cashier's orders, banker's drafts and money orders made payable in the aforesaid third party
name(s), I/we hereby undertake and agree to indemnify the Bank and keep the Bank indemnified against all
actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, claims, demands and expenses including all legal costs (on a
solicitor and client basis) and other costs charges and expenses which the Bank may incur or sustain by reason of
or in connection with the Bank collecting on my/our behalf and crediting to my/our account from time to time such
cheques, cashier's orders, banker's drafts and money orders or otherwise complying with any request made by
me/us from time to time or arising in relation thereto. I/We shall pay and reimburse all such sums to the Bank on the
Bank’s respective first demands.
This Indemnity is to be in addition to and shall not prejudice or be prejudiced by any other indemnity which has been
or may now or hereafter be executed by me/us.
This Indemnity shall remain in full force and effect until released or cancelled by the Bank.
The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) shall not under any circumstances apply to this Indemnity
and any person who is not a party to this Indemnity shall have no right whatsoever under the Contracts (Rights of
Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) to enforce this Indemnity or any of its terms.
This Indemnity shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
