Course Description
This course is to explore the overall legal frame work of international trade and investment. The focus is on the understanding of international legal rights
and obligations of international treaties, especially regarding trade in goods. Mainly the provisions of the WTO agreements including GATT 1994 will be
discussed. Also, the basic of international law and international economic law, the historical background and the structure of the WTO, issues related with
trade remedies will be partly discussed together.
