AP BIOLOGY SUMMER HOMEWORK
Sign out an AP Biology textbook from the textbook room. Read and study chapters 2-5
carefully.
You have been given a summary handout for chapters 2-5. In that handout are Interactive
Questions. Neatly complete all the Interactive Questions for chapters 2-5. You do not
need to copy the question; however, number each of them as they are numbered in the
handout. At the end of each chapter is a section titled “Test Your Knowledge.” Put your
name and the chapter number on a sheet of paper and answer each question in the test for
each chapter. Again, you do not need to copy the question. Use a separate paper for each
test and keep them separate from the Interactive Questions.
Staple the answer to the Interactive Questions together and staple the tests together to
make two separate bundles of answers. Bring both sets of papers to the first claass in the
fall and turn them in to Mr. Hua. Be prepared to take a test on this material during the
first week of class.
Failure to complete the assignment or prepare for the test may result in your removal
from the class. Remember that this is a college level course and you will be expected to
have a considerably greater depth of understanding than would be expected for high
school biology.
