As a CRC employee of over three years, I have learned to manage my time wisely, how to be
dependable and responsible, provide great customer service, and how to adapt to change. As a
customer service representative my duties include to provide great customer service both in
English and in Spanish. I answer the customer’s calls to meet their needs and expectations. I
help them file claims, answer basic coverage questions, make a payment, send messages to an
agent, and transfer to any other appropriate department. I have to multi-task through
applications, so I can provide the customers with accurate information. If necessary I have to
assist as an interpreter to help our Spanish customers communicate with a different
department within State Farm or their agent. Apart from meeting the customer’s needs, I have
to be a team player. I have been given the opportunity to assist others with procedural questions or
efficiency issues. I was selected to participate in the CRC efficiency committee. I have to communicate
effectively with my co-workers to help one another learn and grow within ourselves. Now as a
sales representative I will have the opportunity to help the company grow. I will also be able to
educate our existing customers or any prospects about the coverage they need and is required.
As time goes by I will get better at what I do and will eventually be able to help others with my
knowledge and experience.
